三、MKT是什么

MKT是市场营销（Marketing），又称作市场学、市场行销或行销学。

通俗来讲就是组合策略的选择，通常也就是产品、价格、渠道、促销的一个整体组合。

【MKT分类】

◆甲方：在品牌公司里做。需要把握方向，内部沟通，以及对市场和生意有敏感度。

1.工作状态：可能会在某个公司的市场部工作，会很体面，接触到很多高大上的东西，是很多职能部门之上的职位，看到大的picture。需要适应一个大企业的生存环境，里面会有很多浮夸的人，爱现的人，并且会有一些斗争，同时要在想法上和老板一致以获得认可，同时business result也会影响你的performance.

甲方的人比较单纯，一般家境也不错，所以也就想找一份合适的工资，体面地生活。

2.薪资水平：一般产品经理（工做2-3年）的薪资在1W到2W+之间

3.注意:要选对行业，要选MKT是最核心部门的行业。比如快消品。

◆乙方：服务甲方的广告公司，最著名的是4A。

1.工作内容：客户提出要求，需要提出具体提案，对idea要求很高，不用对生意很敏感，只需要有idea。有很强的执行能力，整合资源把事情办成的能力。

2.工作状态：工作强度会很大，要伺候你的客户，（很多时候他们会不大讲道理）直到他们满意你的方案，并且你可能随时被客户打电话下指示。

乙方出来的人，江湖气比较重，比较滑头入世。

3.薪资水平：赚钱较多。并且可以接触到广告这个行当很垂直深度的供应商资源，很容易可以自己做到私单，甚至出来单干。

4.注意;一定要去4A公司，千万不要去国内的小广告公司。

◆MKT在公司里的细分：

最核心:产品经理 product marketing，负责产品发布，整个产品的概念策划，推广策划的总负责。这条线走出来一般就是市场部经了。

Trade marketing：负责渠道建设，促销活动，礼品策略。

CRM：客户关系管理，根据数据分析然后给老板做策略，KPI就是如何让买过的人回来再买。比如会员制度设计、VIP活动、回访之类。

Digital MKT：负责在社交平台上引起热点，以及互联网平台上的广告（比如优酷的广告）

Marking research：做数据调研的，比较无聊，甲方这种职位比较少，并且大部分是给老板做PPT。咨询公司的人就是给这些部门的人提供报告的。

◆本科身入手角度

建议:可以从trade MKT,digital MKT这些方面入手，在学校多参加一些有关MKT的课题项目，假期的时候争取到上海北京这些城市做大公司的实习。
