一、cdkeys买东西时一直转圈圈

你需要：

一个paypal账户，绑定银行卡，且银行卡开通境外支付

一个chrome浏览器

需要一个相对通畅得连接外网的网络环境，怎么搞我不管

能做简单交流的英文能力，毕竟是人工客服，可能实际情况和我这里不一样

步骤：

登录cdkeys.com，建议注册个账号。

语言和国家可以自由设置，会影响一点点售价，你要是不考虑一块半块的随意就好

购买后用paypal付款等邮件，邮件一共有两封，一封是paypal发来的账单，一封是cdkeys发来的邮件，里面有access my code字样的链接，点进去

里面的页面第一次进需要设置手机号发验证码，但是因为服务器垃圾，没办法把区号切成中国（资源加载不出），需要用非常手段：贴JS，浏览器F12切换到console/控制台，输入，之后点击send sms按钮发送

我个人有点反感这个，但是反正现在大环境锁区，我长期得在这买，也就豁出去了，按他要求给了以下内容：身份证号码；遮挡了身份证号码，背景是写着“cdkeys.com MM/DD BTC hh:mm:ss”的白纸的照片；之后就顺利的拿到key了。

整体而言是个遭罪的花钱方法，但是现在欧区美区被锁也没什么好办法，祝大家游戏愉快。

二、你觉得Paypal被盗刷后,该怎么办呢

关于你询问的这个问题最好的办法就是直接报警寻求帮助，或者也可以寻找平台方面介入调查帮你处理。因为这个事情我12年的时候也遇到过，公司想买一套海外软件，付不起。于是我注册了一个paypal账户，并绑定了一张交通银行的信用卡。后来我从公司辞职了，我保留了这个账户，但支付场景很少，基本上被放弃了（没有取消或冻结）。

2020年9月24日，因为孩子想学定格动画，找到了DragonFrame软件。这个软件好像只在官网有卖，但是官网不支持支付宝和国内银联卡，突然想起来还是有paypal这个选项可用。之前绑定paypal的交通银行信用卡很久以前就取消了，于是我登录paypal账户，绑定了一张招行借记卡，顺利完成了DragonFrame软件的购买。到目前为止，支付和操作体验非常好，网站不卡，支付网关不卡，不用翻墙，一手付钱一手发货， 9月25日（周五）快10点，我正在安排孩子睡觉，手机突然收到招行短信“25日21:54从您的账户扣款：3965.26元”，备注是“PAYPAL_DWALKER1224”。我反应了几秒钟，坏了。paypal账户不会被盗了吧。

我就马上把孩子扔给我媳妇，赶紧上网登录paypal网站，输入用户名和密码。结果，系统要求我输入双从的动态代码。进行双认证，这个东西我知道，但是我肯定在paypal里根本没有开通过，因为我24号才登陆网站，绑定了招行卡。当时还没有这一步。这时候foxmail客户端提示有新邮件。打开一看感觉不太好。应该是账号被盗了。然后盗版开启了应用级的两步验证。现在连账号都登不上去了！停留在我输入动态验证码的页面，发现下面还有一个链接——“无法登录”。点击它，给我的手机发了验证码，嗯，看到灯亮了，赶紧按照提示在手机上输入验证码，点击确认。两步验证绕过，我进去了！首先，我的第一反应是修改密码，通过“设置”-“安全”-“密码”成功完成。就在我没有考虑下一步该怎么做的时候，我被系统“踢出”了……难道小偷又登录了，把我撞飞了？

继续登录，继续通过短信验证码绕过两步验证，再次进入系统，再次修改密码。没有购物详情，我不知道该买什么。而看这封邮件，就跟我们国家在新浪或者163随便注册一样，不像是正规购物网站的联系方式，至于什么是btc？比特币？这个人偷了我的卡并购买了比特币吗？根据提示，我提交了“争议和赔偿申请”并提交了“未经授权的交易”事件。因为不知道事件只能提交一次（如果被paypal拒绝了就不会重新打开），再加上有点莫名的恐慌，所以就干脆填了事件描述，很快就提交了。又过了几分钟，我想起要解绑银行卡，又被踢出系统了。再次登录并再次更改密码。我是这么操作的，但是到了两步验证页面后，就无法再用短信验证码登录了。当我单击“无法登录”时，我真的无法登录，将我踢回PayPal主页。我完全恐慌了，马上拨打他们的客服电话。然后发现他们的客服下班了……
